One of the things I looked forward to is savoring a freshly cooked Buridibud, a vegetable soup I so love that is just not available in Metro Manila. Buridibud is a Filipino vegetable soup. Popularized by Ilocanos, it is a type of the “Dinengdeng” food of which the main ingredients are Sweet Potato (Kamote) and tomato. In this Buridibud cooking presentation, all vegetables are freshly picked at the backyard of my aunt.
