john, Filipinos love chocolates, especially foreign brand chocolates. You would understand if you were a Filipino.

Also, what are traditional Filipino noche buena dishes? None! Noche buena dishes are what the host (in most cases the mother of the house) decides to cook for their family and friends.

Hearing “noche buena” excites me and i miss it so much. But But i’d like to comment about the presentation of the food,some look good like the kalamay and suman but some look so unpleasant like the burned chicken, and i can’t remember crispy pata is a traditional noche buena dish because eating it at midnight could heighten your blood pressure that will lead to heart attack. Many people aside from us can see these things So make a good presentation. Sorry.

Looks good! You did not show the suman! Is it white, green, or purple inside?BTW kindly redo the dessert tag;it should spell GRAHAM-you made me look for a ham that is gray.
